Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management solutions.

You’ll work with experienced crews, supported by training and equipment, to deliver reliable, safe results that protect customers’ homes." You will perform general construction tasks, assist with product installation, handle heavy materials, and navigate confined spaces while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
