Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to join our field team in the Colorado Springs area. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management solutions, test equipment, and perform clean-up after completion.

The role requires physical labor, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety standards while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training and company support ensure growth opportunities within a leading foundation solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and field labor.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with trade-specific installation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems with assigned work and test equipment.
• Load, transport, and unload heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements for installations and repairs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites.
• Support team goals and follow company policies.
