Job summary

Groundworks in Ashland, VA is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management systems, troubleshoot issues, test equipment, and leave the site clean. You will work with experienced crews, receive robust training, and have opportunities for advancement.

The role combines hands-on labor with safety-focused practices in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction and installation work.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and handles heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general construction labor tasks such as digging and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of Foundation solutions under supervision.
• Transport materials to job sites and load/unload with care.
• Access crawl spaces and basements to perform required work.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while following safety standards.
• Attend to job-site cleanup and ensure quality workmanship.
