Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Construction Laborer/Installer to join our Avilla, IN team. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management products, assist with installations, and perform general labor tasks under supervision.

The role requires construction experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay with a per-job bonus is offered, along with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using trade tools for installations and ongoing equipment handling.
• Previous work in construction with the ability to read basic instructions.
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces or basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, following safety guidelines.
