Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and safe equipment use.
• Previous experience in construction.
• Valid driver's license (non-restrictive).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
• Report to work on time daily.
