Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join our field crews in Washington. You will travel to job sites, install and test equipment, and ensure cleanups post‑installation while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management products.
• Assemble, install and test equipment per job specifications.
• Dig, backfill trenches, and assist with site cleanup.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with team members.
• Maintain professionalism and report to work on time.
