Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is a North America leader in foundation solutions. We are seeking Installers who will travel to residential or commercial sites to install foundation and water management equipment, test performance, and clean up after completion.

You will work with experienced crews, follow safety protocols, and leverage training and company resources to deliver reliable solutions, with opportunities for advancement across North America.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and techniques.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs or installations.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety rules.
