Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Installer - Construction General Laborer in Sacramento, CA. The role involves hands-on installation work, assisting crews, and maintaining safety on residential and commercial sites.

Typical duties include digging, loading materials, and working in varied weather. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with on-site, full-time employment and opportunities for growth and certification programs.

Formación

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools and proper use of equipment.
• Experience in construction industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies; foster teamwork and professionalism.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned to ensure project success.
