Groundworks, LLC is hiring a Construction General Laborer – Installer in La Vergne, TN. The role involves performing hands-on labor, assisting with installation crews, and maintaining safety on job sites.

You will transport materials, handle heavy loads, and work in outdoor conditions as part of a team delivering reliable foundation and water management solutions. The ideal candidate has construction experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• Experience in construction or related trades.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Knowledge of installation tools and proper usage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general construction tasks: digging, trenching, site cleanup.
• Assist installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry and deliver heavy materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces/basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while following safety rules.
