Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment in Cincinnati. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test performance, and clean up after completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or a related trades field.
• Valid driver's license (non-restricted).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment at residential or commercial sites.
• Troubleshoot problems and test installed systems.
• Clean up job sites after completion.
• Perform general construction labor: digging, back-filling trenches, site clean-up.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs under supervision.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions following safety standards.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism and company reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
