Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers in Florida to travel to residential and commercial sites for installing foundation and water management solutions. You will assist with product installation, test equipment, and perform site clean-up while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and hands-on problem solving. Responsibilities include carrying materials up to 50 lbs, entering crawl spaces, and working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• General construction labor experience including digging and back-filling trenches.
• Ability to assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces; adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems with the assigned work and test equipment.
• Load and transport materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Clean up job sites after completion and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism on site.
