Job summary

Groundworks is hiring Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management solutions. You’ll test equipment, troubleshoot, and clean up after completion, working with experienced crews in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include construction tasks, loading materials, and supporting installations under supervision, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
