Groundworks in Ohio is hiring Installers to perform hands-on foundation and water management installations on residential and commercial sites. You’ll work with experienced crews, travel to job sites, and participate in a strong certification path that supports long-term growth.

Role involves installing equipment, troubleshooting, and test runs, with safety as a priority. Expect a team-driven environment, competitive base pay plus per-job bonuses, and an emphasis on reliability and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations.

Responsabilités

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
