Job summary

Groundworks Company in Obetz, OH is seeking a Construction General Laborer - Installer to join our field crews. You will travel to job sites, assist with installing foundation and water management products, and support skilled team members with hands-on tasks.

The role offers hands-on training, steady hours, and a path to growth within a leading North American foundation solutions provider. You should be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools and safe operation of equipment.
• Previous experience in construction.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Dig, back-fill trenches, and perform site clean-up.
• Assist with installation work under supervision.
• Move heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather with safety standards.
• Report on time daily and follow company policies.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism.
