Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites and install foundation and water management systems. You will work with experienced crews, under strong training and equipment support, to deliver durable results and protect what matters to customers.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, handling materials, and maintaining safety at all times. The role requires physical work, teamwork, and punctual attendance to daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools and safe operation at job sites.
• Experience in construction or home-building environments preferred.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces/basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while following safety standards.
