This role will oversee field operations related to concrete flatwork, including driveways and sidewalks, ensuring quality installations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in concrete construction, supervisory experience, and relevant educational qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential concrete construction or flatwork installation.
• 2+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience in construction field operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for residential flatwork.
• Coordinate installation schedules with construction managers.
• Supervise field crews and provide direction.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Manage labor productivity and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety standards in job sites.
• Communicate with operations leadership about production progress.
