• Associate's degree required with 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, communications, event management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with donor management software/CRM, MS Office, Canva, and digital communications tools.
• Excellent written communication for donor letters, marketing content, and reports.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to analyze information and generate fundraising/operational reports.
• Strong relationship-building with donors, volunteers, board members, and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary administrator of the Foundation's donor database with accurate gift processing and reporting.
• Manage gift entry, pledge tracking, donor acknowledgments, and tax receipts.
• Maintain data integrity with audits and process improvements.
• Generate donor, campaign, and financial reports to support strategy.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and engagement opportunities.
• Support moves management by tracking interactions and cultivation efforts.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and community engagement activities.
• Oversee volunteers during events and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop content for donor communications and campaigns.
• Maintain communications calendar aligned with fundraising priorities.
• Coordinate storytelling about program impact and fundraising results.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest outreach improvements.
• Coordinate Foundation board and committee activities, agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Prepare briefing materials and fundraising updates for leadership.
• Track KPIs and contribute to fundraising goals.
