Job summary

Brayman Construction is seeking a high-caliber leader to oversee the Group with full P&L responsibility, guiding Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in achieving safety, quality and growth targets. You will develop strategies, manage client relationships, and drive large projects while improving methods and governance.

Qualifications

• 4-year BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of Construction/Project Management experience.
• Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) is a plus but not required.
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Senior Project Managers and Project Managers within the Division.
• Oversee/coordinate the hiring and movement schedules of team members.
• Hires, trains and develops employees within current and future roles to meet both employee and company growth.
• Full P&L responsibility to lead the assigned Group.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders.
• Assist the managing directors in the definition and implementation of strategy and vision of the business.
• Assist in developing the activity of the Group to undertake bigger projects and move up the contractual chain.
• Supervision of safety, marketing, tendering and operational performances with hands-on support to management teams.
• Market analysis for potential acquisitions. Identify, manage and mitigate risks related to potential new acquisitions.
• Promote, support and develop Corporate Policies ensuring compliance with values, processes, transparency and procedures.
• Assess KPIs: EBIT, Backlog, bid hit ratio, TRIR.
