Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor or construction, especially foundation and demo work.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Experience with hand tools and basic power tools required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation work and site preparation
• Perform dig-out work for plumbing and underground utilities
• Remove and reset pavers as needed
• Conduct demolition work including concrete and structural removal
• Remove and re-post fence lines, ensuring proper alignment and stability
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions
