Aerotek is seeking Construction Laborers for a long-term Telluride project. You will work on residential and commercial sites, performing site prep, material handling, and support for skilled trades in a mountain environment.

This onsite role offers 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM–5:00 PM), a $25-$30 hourly pay range, and per diem for days worked. Must lift up to 75 lbs and endure outdoor conditions at elevation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and material handling.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades as needed.
• Perform basic construction tasks including digging, grading, framing support, and concrete work assistance.
• Set up and break down temporary work areas, fencing, and safety barriers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with traffic control, trash removal, snow removal, and weather protection activities.

Construction Laborer

Location: Telluride, CO

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Per Diem: Available for days worked

Job Overview

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join a long-term project in Telluride, Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established general contractor on residential and commercial construction projects in a unique mountain environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions and willing to support multiple aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and material handling
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform basic construction tasks, including digging, grading, framing support, and concrete work assistance
• Set up and break down temporary work areas, fencing, and safety barriers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Assist with traffic control, trash removal, snow removal, and weather protection activities
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred

• Previous construction, landscaping, or general labor experience
• Experience on residential or commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Forklift Certification

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction projects in Telluride's mountain climate
• Exposure to cold temperatures, snow, rain, wind, and direct sunlight
• Approximately 25 feet of snowfall annually
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
• Work on uneven terrain, ladders, and scaffolding as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
