Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks installers to travel to sites and install equipment, test functionality, and clean up after projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment with strong training and growth opportunities, handling digging, trenching, and material transport with up to 50 lbs loads.

You will operate outdoors in varying conditions, follow safety rules, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, integrity, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform general construction labor (digging, trenching, site clean-up).
• Load, carry, and deliver materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces/basements to perform repairs and install products.
• Work outdoors in varying weather while following safety standards.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism and company reputation.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned to ensure project success.
