D.R. Horton is seeking a Foundation Laborer to assist in constructing residential basements, including footing, forms, and concrete work. This role requires reliable transport and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while adhering to safety policies.

The position involves material handling, site setup and cleanup, and collaboration with foremen and specialized contractors on a Fortune 500 company’s construction sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in constructing residential basement footings and forms.
• Load and deliver materials to the job site.
• Set up and take down temporary structures.
• Maintain daily job site cleanup of scrap and debris.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures at all times.
• Work with foreman and contractors to complete assigned duties.
• Overtime may be required as project needs dictate.
• Support specialized contractors as needed.
