Job summary

Central Health Foundation is seeking an accomplished chief executive to provide strategic leadership for fundraising, governance, and community impact. You will align philanthropic priorities with Central Health’s mission, collaborate with the Foundation Board, and oversee senior leaders in strategy, operations, and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Education in business/nonprofit/healthcare administration with advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading philanthropy, advancement, or fundraising at executive level.
• Track record translating community priorities into philanthropic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and set CI targets for donors and campaigns.
• Engage donors, boards, and community partners to grow philanthropy.
• Oversee budget, governance, and organizational performance.
• Represent the Foundation to external stakeholders and sponsors.
