Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a highly skilled FOTA Validation Engineer to lead firmware over-the-air updates, fleet integration, and vehicle software validation. You will manage software/hardware configurations, analyze failures, and coordinate with software, connected services, cybersecurity, validation, and supplier teams to meet milestones.

• Experience with FOTA validation and OTA software updates.
• Ability to analyze vehicle logs and diagnostic data.
• Collaboration across software, cybersecurity, validation and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• FOTA updates across vehicle fleets and verify correct config.
• Analyze update failures and drive timely resolutions with teams.
• Support fleet software/hardware and mule vehicle testing.
• Oversee connected services, security features and vehicle access.
• Conduct validation reviews and develop lab/test plans for over-the-road tests.
• Develop NVH objectives and validation plans with engineers.
• Plan and track vehicle validation, and document DVP&R testing.
• Create cross-disciplinary documentation and report status to stakeholders.
