Extra Special Parents in Virginia seeks a Foster Parent Recruitment Specialist to guide prospective families through the licensing process, trainings, and required paperwork. The role emphasizes on-call rotations, compliance, and using our CRM systems to track progress.

You will collaborate with the recruitment team on outreach, screenings, and licensing activities, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all communications. Remote work is allowed with Virginia residence.

Qualifikationen

About the Foster Parent Recruitment Specialist

The Foster Parent Recruitment Specialist will be a resource for potential families to guide them through the training and paperwork process of becoming licensed, using various technologies and quality control measures to ensure all foster families meet the company's high standards and are "on-call" on a rotation basis.

While this is a remote position, you MUST reside in Virginia.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human services, marketing or communication from an accredited college is preferred, however, having a minimum of 3 years of experience working in child welfare will be considered.
• Must possess a valid VA state driver's license as the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform the essential duties of this position.
