Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to work across multiple counties and travel to other agency locations.
• Familiar with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and certify foster parents; facilitate licensing packets (home study and components).
• Develop outreach strategies with Corporate Communications to recruit prospective foster parents.
• Conduct initial and follow-up training for foster parents and support program management.
