Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and license-related qualifications required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Experience with general accounting and business documents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, evaluate, and certify foster homes.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and maintain relationships with agencies.
• Coordinate with case managers on placement decisions.

Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents

Knowledge of office programs (word processing, spreadsheets)

Problem solving and practical reasoning

Education

Bachelor’s Degree; licensed (LCSW, LSW or LSWA) or license-eligible
