Job summary

KidsPeace, a private charity serving children’s behavioral and mental health needs, seeks a Family Consultant. You will provide case management, coordinate services, and engage youth and families in foster care to promote safety and well-being.

The role emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and community impact, with a typical schedule 9–5 plus some evenings/weekends, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with Child and Family Services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services to youth in foster care, including scheduling counseling sessions and tracking required medical and dental exams.
• Ensure documentation is thorough and compliant with confidentiality and consent rules.
• Conduct weekly casework contacts and foster home visits to support treatment goals and safety.
