Job summary

Pennsylvania Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth facing various placements and transitions, aiming to help them live well.

As the Foster Family Evaluation Specialist, you will develop recruiting strategies, manage recruitment for an area, and build a pipeline of prospective foster parents while coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and successful approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, marketing, or business required.
• Three years related experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment strategy and process for an assigned area.
• Build a prospect network and related campaigns to establish an ongoing pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct calls to leads and informational screening meetings, review applications and coordinate approval process.
• Coordinate with internal marketing resources to produce materials and maintain records.
