Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker to assist families and children in the home and community, with visits that may occur after school, in the evenings, or on weekends. The role is hybrid and focused on safety, parenting support, and resource coordination.
Responsibilities include supervising visits, delivering counseling, education on health and safety, and helping families connect with community resources. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

The Therapeutic Support Worker is part of a dynamic team that provides support to families and children in the home and community who are involved with the child protection system. Therapeutic support workers assist families by supervising family visits and providing supportive counseling, health and safety education, basic parenting education and assisting with resource/coordination of services. This is a flexible hourly position, with some visits taking place during afterschool/evening hours and the possibility of some occasional weekends.
