Ascentria Care Alliance in Concord, NH seeks a Therapeutic Support Worker to assist families and children involved with the child protection system. The role includes supervising family visits, providing supportive counseling, health and safety education, and helping families access community resources.

This is a flexible hourly position with afterschool/evening hours and occasional weekends. A valid NH driver's license and auto insurance are required, along with background checks.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 4 years’ experience working with families.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Human Services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements treatment plans to identify goals for families.
• Provides supports to help families reach goals and increase safety.
• Helps families increase parenting skills during supervised visits.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with children, families and providers.
• Assists families in using community resources for social, medical, educational, vocational and financial needs.
• Facilitates and coordinates family visitations; transports children/families.
