Job Description

As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. Additionally, you will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field, OR a Master’s degree in a human services field.
