Christian Heritage seeks a Foster Care Specialist to support foster families and children, promoting safety, stability, and well-being. You will engage in fieldwork, home visits, court hearings, and Family Team Meetings, ensuring timely reports and strong collaboration with the team.
You will apply trauma-informed practices, advocate for children's needs, and engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen skills and outcomes.

As a Foster Care Specialist, you will walk alongside foster parents and children to promote safety, stability, and well-being while helping placements thrive.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Some evenings are required to support foster families, with occasional weekend responsibilities. Work is primarily based in the office, with flexibility for home visits, court-related meetings, and other off-site appointments.
