• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience providing casework services to children and families, preferably in foster care or child welfare.
• Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect child safety and monitor safety concerns.
• Coach and support foster and kinship families through supervision and training.
• Lead assessment and service planning with families to support goals and permanency.
• Track outcomes and well-being through home visits and assessments.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with standards.
