Under supervision of the Foster Care Director, the Resource Parent Support Worker works directly with resource parents to promote the well-being, stability, and permanency of children or youth in care. Responsibilities include providing face-to-face support, ensuring safety and well-being, facilitating communication with service providers, and supporting compliance with regulations.
