Job summary

Spectrum Child and Family Services in Southfield, MI, is seeking a Children’s Foster Care Program Manager to oversee administrative and programmatic functions with a focus on quality, budgeting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field or related degree is required.
• Experience in program management and budgeting for child welfare programs preferred.
• Knowledge of MDHHS MiSACWIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program implementation and adherence to contract, budget, quality standards.
• Participate in the development of program goals.
• Track and monitor program goals and expenses.
• Create and implement plans for new site partnerships.
• Plan, develop, and conduct ongoing staff training and documentation.
• Oversee program goals related to contract, accreditation, quality, and risk management.
• Develop program strategies with the Director and evaluate outcomes.
• Engage staff and community relationships to support resources.
