Job summary

Together for Youth seeks a program supervisor to oversee foster care services for at-risk youth. You will coordinate referrals, match children with suitable foster homes, and ensure treatment plans and permanency goals are followed.

This role also involves supervising staff, monitoring paperwork, and collaborating with schools and community agencies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years with at-risk youth, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working with at-risk youth and 1 year in supervision/program management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing safe, secure, and structured foster home environments for children, including runaway prevention and reduction.
• Process referrals and match children to foster homes; ensure enough trained and certified foster parents.
• Ensure independent living skills for eligible children; verify medical and dental examinations are completed and documented.
• Provide appropriate counseling for all children; advance permanency planning goals and progress toward them.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct staff meetings and monitor schedules and documentation.
