Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; travel required.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing safe, structured foster home environments and monitor service provision for children and families.
• Process referrals, match children to foster homes, and oversee training and certification of foster parents.
• Ensure independent living skills development and documentation of medical/dental exams.
• Arrange counseling and permanency planning aligned with goals and progress.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory paperwork is complete.
• Represent program in the community and maintain liaison with schools and public agencies.
• Assist with budget preparation, financial reports, and state mandated reporting.
