Job summary

Ohio Mentor, a part of Sevita, seeks a proven supervisor to lead Licensing Coordinators in ensuring compliance with state licensing and certification standards. You will manage reviews, audits, and corrective action plans across host home provider families to uphold high-quality services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in regulatory environments with prior supervisory experience; travel within the state may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required for licensure as identified by regulatory/certification agencies.
• 3 years related supervisory experience preferred.
• Trained and fluent in state-specific regulations and able to use state information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing coordinators to ensure host/foster home compliance with state licensing standards.
• Prepare for certification/recertification reviews and audits; implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure documentation for home studies, updates, and investigations is complete and accurate.
• Collect data, review documents, generate reports, and advise on compliance improvements.
• Interact with licensing authorities and act as subject-matter expert for operations leadership.
• Complete ongoing training and perform related duties as required.
