The National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to oversee foster home certifications and support families. This role involves implementing recruitment strategies, training foster parents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with professional licensure preferred, and has experience working with youth and families.
Licensing Coordinator (Foster Care)
Pay: $43,000-55,000 commensurate with degree level, licensure, and experience.
Licensing Coordinators with the National Youth Advocate Program are responsible for maintaining annual re-certifications, retaining quality foster homes, and ensuring licensed homes meet community and organizational needs. Under the supervision of the Licensing Supervisor, you will work closely with foster parents and community partners, providing advocacy and support to help youth live safely and successfully in the community.
