Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing qualitative social work/family, child, and sibling contacts in accordance with regulatory mandates.
• Lobby and advocate for education/vocational placement for residents.
• Prepare cases for six-month interdisciplinary reviews and participate in comprehensive service planning.
• Serve as youngster’s advocate in collaborative planning with relevant agencies.
• Facilitate movement toward the least restrictive setting for required services.
• Maintain case records and timely documentation of activities.
