Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related Human Services experience.
• Valid driver's license for Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to assess needs and develop service plans.
• Maintain case records and prepare written reports of services and actions.
• Attend court hearings and multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Provide support to families and coordinate with agencies to meet child needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies when needed.
