Job summary

Crittenton Children's Center, part of Saint Luke's Health System in the Kansas City area, seeks a full-time Foster Care Case Manager. You will deliver case management for children and families in foster care, coordinating placements, crisis interventions and permanency planning, including adoption recruitment and court testimony.

A bachelor’s degree and at least one year in social work are required. Must have a clean driving record and vehicle insurance.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must have at least one year of experience in social work.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
• Permanency planning up to adoption, including recruitment of potential adoptive resources; crisis intervention; education advocacy; provision of services and testimony in family court; maintenance of client records.

We are currently seeking a full time Foster Care Case Manager.

• Responsible for providing case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
• A variety of tasks are involved including placements support crisis intervention educational advocacy authorization of services liaison work provision of permanency testimony in family court maintenance of client record permanency planning up to and including adoption planning and recruitment of potential adoptive resources

Must have a bachelors degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in social work.

Must have clean driving record and applicable vehicle insurance.
