Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking a full-time Foster Care Case Manager to support children and families in the foster care system on a Kansas City campus.

You will provide case management, crisis intervention support, educational advocacy, and liaison work, including permanency planning and potential adoption efforts. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year in social work are required, along with a clean driving record and vehicle insurance. Day shift, full time, United States.
