Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a full-time case manager in Columbus, OH to support youth in foster care and their families.

The role involves in-home and community-based services, intake for new families, and coordinating with schools and agencies to promote effective interventions. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a social-service field, with two years’ relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social service related field is required.

• Licensure in social work is preferred.
• Must have driver’s license, good driving record, and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, community-based services to families and youth in caseload.
• Provide intake to new families involved with the foster care system.
• Provide instruction, intervention, referrals, and assistance to maintain the family unit.
• Coordinate with community agencies and schools to promote successful interventions with youth.
