Job summary

Ohio Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth in Stark County. We are seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families, coordinating services and ensuring high-quality care.

Join our mission-driven team to help families navigate case management, develop treatment plans, and connect essential resources. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in child welfare are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work-related experience in child welfare preferred.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Foster Care Case Manager

As Foster Care Case Manager you will provide support and resources to children and foster families throughout Stark County.

• Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served.
• Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance.
• Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
