Cornerstones of Care in Missouri is seeking a Treatment Foster Care Admissions Specialist to manage referrals and coordinate admissions for youth in our Treatment Foster Care program. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration across departments, and strong communication with families and guardians.

You will evaluate referrals, support licensing and training processes, monitor financial eligibility, and maintain accurate reports and data while guiding foster families through the

• Degree required in social work, psychology or related human services field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass background checks, physical and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Review referrals for suitability and match to appropriate Treatment Foster Home.
• Maintain frequent communication with guardians of referred youth.
• Coordinate pre-admission, admission and re-authorization of financial eligibility.
• Collaborate across Finance, Foster Care Case Management, and Outpatient needs.
• Reconcile TFC parent payments.
