Job summary

You will identify repeatable success patterns across accounts and feed deployment learnings back into product and go-to-market strategy, shaping both customer value and product direction in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Experience across client-facing or deployment-focused roles, ideally combining experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or a strategy and business operations position at a startup.
• Track record of owning complex projects from start to finish and presenting solutions to senior decision-makers at client organisations.
• Comfort working at pace in a startup environment, with the ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without losing quality.
• Exposure to B2B pricing models, go-to-market tooling, or AI agents is a strong advantage, though not a strict requirement.

The Role

The Forward Deployed Strategist will take the lead on designing and running AI-powered pilots, customer onboarding programmes, and training initiatives to drive meaningful adoption from day one. Working directly with senior stakeholders at some of the most prominent AI and fintech companies, you will translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

You will also identify repeatable success patterns across accounts, helping every new customer reach value more quickly, and feed real-world deployment learnings back into product and go-to-market thinking.
