The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and excellent communication skills. You'll collaborate with customers, own the delivery of solutions, and ensure their satisfaction while coding solutions across various stacks. Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience shipping production-quality code.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with implementation and usage of ION.
• Develop coherent strategies & intelligent solutions with customers.
• Total ownership in developing and managing the delivery of solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate to continuously improve the product based on feedback.
