Closure, an AI investigative intelligence platform, seeks a Product Manager to work with public safety users, learning how investigators and prosecutors operate and turning that into practical product workflows and deliverables. You move fast, communicate clearly with executives and line staff, and own unglamorous work as much as the title.
You will help shape AI-enabled evidence search and case workflows, translating user feedback into product changes and helping ensure adoption of AI in public
This role sits with public safety users in the field, learning how investigators and prosecutors actually work and turning that into product workflows and deliverables. A strong candidate moves fast, communicates clearly with both executives and line staff, and can do practical analysis without being a data scientist. Ownership and willingness to do unglamorous work matter more than title.
The platform applies AI to audio, jail calls, and video evidence, so the product manager's job is largely about making that output usable and trusted by real investigators. AI speeds up searching and sorting evidence, while judgment about what a case needs and how a workflow fits an agency stays human. The role is where adoption of AI in public safety is either won or lost.
Working directly with agencies on evidence search and case workflows builds hands on understanding of how AI tools perform on messy real world audio and video. It also builds skill in translating user feedback into product changes and in training users on AI features. That mix of applied AI exposure and field product work is hard to get elsewhere.
